Fennel/Lavender/Rosemary/Almond French Toast
1 1/2 tbsp fennel
1 tbsp lavender
1 tbsp rosemary
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp almond extract
6 pieces of a hearty, crusty bread
Heat a medium sized skillet and grease with butter.
Grind fennel, lavender, and rosemary with a mortar and pestle.
In medium sized bowl, whisk all ingredients.
Soak bread in batter 3-5 minutes, flipping to ensure that each side is saturated.
Cook until slightly browned on each side.
Top with lemon curd and enjoy.
